【Abstract】 The corruption results from power itself and is related to the limitation sphere of power.Preventing corruption we must limit administrative power,change and retrench governmental functions,make the administrative action public,strengthen open politics in administrative action,amplify administrative procedure,standard the operation of administrative power,stress the supervision,avoid administrative power’s twist and out-of-shape.Recreation of administrative power is to make a clear demarcation between administrative power and citizen society,which must be in conformity with the tendency of social advancement,adapt to the current world’s tendency in politics,economy and social development and reflect the spirit of the day.更多还原
