固体超强酸SO42-/硅锂钠石催化合成乙酰水杨酸
SYNTHESIS OF ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID CATALYZED BY SO42-/SILINAITE
【摘要】 用浸渍法制备了 SO42-/硅锂钠石固体超强酸催化剂,最佳工艺条件为:硫酸浸渍浓度0.25 mol/L,浸渍2 h,焙烧温度450℃,焙烧时间3 h。考察了催化剂用量、酸酐摩尔比及反应温度对乙酰水杨酸合成的影响,乙酰水杨酸的较佳制备工艺条件为:酸酐摩尔比1:2,催化剂的质量为水杨酸质量的1.5%,在75℃反应15min,乙酰水杨酸的收率达83.4%,催化剂可重复使用2次。
【Abstract】 A solid superacid catalyst,SO42--/Silinaite,was prepared by an impregnation method.The optimum preparation conditions for the catalyst preparation were found as follows:0.25 mol/L of H2SO4,impregnation time 2 h,and calcination at 450℃ for 3 h.The optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of acetylsalicylic acid were found as follows,molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic an- hydride 1:2,1.5% catalyst based on salicylic acid,reaction temperature 75℃ and reaction time 15 min.Under these conditions,the yield of acetylsalicylic acid is 83.4%,and the catalyst can be used twice.
