丙烯聚合催化剂给电子体的研究进展
DEVELOPMENT OF DONORS FOR PROPYLENE POLYMERIZATION CATALYST
【摘要】 介绍了丙烯聚合物齐格勒-纳塔(Z-N)催化剂给电子体的研究进展。着重对1,3-二醚类、1,3-二醇酯类内给电子体,及杯芳烃类、烷氧基硅烷类外给电子体进行了详细介绍。指出内外给电子体对提高 Z-N 催化剂活性、聚丙烯的等规度和结晶度、聚合物电性和弹性,控制相对分子质量及其分布均有很大的作用。
【Abstract】 The development of electron donors of Ziegler-Natta catalyst was introduced.The internal donors for instance 1,3-ethers and 1,3-glycol esters and external donors for instance calixarene and Alkoxy silane were described in detail.The internal and external donors played an important role in enhancing the activity of Ziegler-Natta catalyst,the isotactic and crystallinity of polyprop-ylene,and the electricity and elasticity of polymer,and controlling the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution.
