割台支架数值模拟优化与分析

【摘要】 背负式玉米收获机割台支架是一个空间焊接结构,在使用中会产生拖拉机前轮轴超重,造成前轮轴疲劳断裂或是拖拉机沉陷土壤中。为了分析支架的强度和变形,文中利用有限元分析软件建立了割台支架的三维有限元分析模型。利用该模型完成了割台支架的应力应变分析,分析结果发现该割台支架结构的强度和刚度富裕度过大。在此基础上,建立了优化数学模型,优化了支架结构。在保证产品性能的前提下,减小了材料的厚度,支架的质量减轻了20.42%。同时指出了该分析方法在同类产品中应用的可能性。

【Abstract】 The supporting frame of cutting platform of back-load-bearing typed corn harvester is a spatial welded structure,it will create an over loading in the front wheel shaft of tractor and cause fatigue rupture of front wheel shaft or cause the tractor to sink into the soil.For the sake of analyzing the strength and deformation of supporting frame this paper built a 3D finite element analysis model of the supporting frame of cutting platform by the use of finite element analytical software.The stress and strain analysis of supporting frame of cutting platform was accomplished by utilizing this model.The result of analysis discovered that there was too much superfluous-ness for the strength and rigidity of the support frame of this cutting platform.The optimization mathematical model was established based on this and the structure of support frame was optimized.Under the premise of ensuring the property of product the thickness of material was diminished and the mass of supporting frame was lightened by 20.42%.The probability of application of this analytical method in products of the same kind has been pointed out at the same time.
