改性聚丙烯酰胺在造纸中的应用
Application of Modified Polyacrylamide in Papermaking
【摘要】 采用新的改性方法,自制出一种新型结构的造纸助剂——阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM),并将其应用于石膏纤维与植物纤维的混合造纸过程。通过正交实验,确定了对于纸张撕裂指数的最佳条件为:打浆度50°SR、石膏用量20%、CPAM用量1.0%、阳离子淀粉用量0.5%;对于纸张断裂长的最佳条件为:打浆度70°SR、石膏用量20%、CPAM用量0%、阳离子淀粉用量0.5%;对于纸张白度的最佳条件为:打浆度30°SR、石膏用量20%、CPAM用量0.5%、阳离子淀粉用量1.0%。并考察了CPAM与石膏纤维以不同方式加入对纸张物理性能的影响。
【Abstract】 New modified method was used to prepare cation polyacrylamide(CPAM),an aid in papermaking with a new structure.The cation polyacrylamide was applied in the mix of plaster-fibre and plant-fibre of the papermakig process.The optimum conditions were determined as follows by orthogonal experiment: for the tearing index of paper,beating degree 50°SR,dosage of plaster-fibre 20%,dosage of CPAM 1.0%,and dosage of cation amylum 0.5%;for the breaking length of paper,beating degree 70°SR,dosage of plaster-fibre 20%,dosage of CPAM 0 and dosage of cation amylum 0.5%;for white degree of paper,beating degree 30°SR,dosage of plaster-fibre 20%,dosage of CPAM 0.5% and dosage of cation amylum 1.0%.And the different feeding methods of CPAM and plaster-fibre were also discussed.
