多层包扎尿素合成塔应力状况分析

【摘要】 对层板之间存在间隙的尿素合成塔应力状况进行计算,模拟实际运行条件,并进行有限元分析。结果表明,深环焊缝内侧层板间隙部位存在很大应力集中,局部已发生屈服,是尿素合成塔最危险的部位,并且计算结果与尿素合成塔实际开裂形式相吻合,文中指出Lame公式已经不再适合存在间隙的多层包扎尿素合成塔设计。进行尿素合成塔设计时,必须考虑深环焊缝部位的应力集中对整体强度的影响。

【Abstract】 The stress state of an urea reactor was calculated,also finite element analysis(FEA)were conducted according to the real in service conditions,finding that there exist very high stress concentration and yield zones at the inner toe of the heavy weld,which is the weak point of the urea reactors.FEA results also show good accordance with the real cracks in the ruptured urea reactors.The author also point out that Lame’ formulas is not prosperous for the design of multilayered urea reactors considering the influence of stress concentration on the integrity which induced by interlayer clearances.
