【Abstract】 In this article,the physiological functions of iron and the cardinal symptom after iron deficiency in human body were briefly summarized.The iron content in rice plants and its bioavailability,the molecular mechanism of iron accumulation in rice plants,the effects of exterior substance on iron accumulation in rice plants and the breeding of high iron rice were reviewed.At last,the research perspective in this field in the future was also discussed.更多还原
