甘薯辐射和航天诱变育种后代材料的观察与种质筛选
Observation and Selection on Offspring Materials of Sweet Potato from Space Mutation and Radiation Breeding
【摘要】 通过对甘薯种子辐射和航天诱变处理后所培育的实生苗及其无性繁殖后代的地上、地下部的性状鉴定、比较、归并,分别获得了紫肉型、高胡萝卜素型、高产型、高干率型特异甘薯种质株系材料2、5、3、1份。
【Abstract】 After the identification,comparison and classification process of sweet potato seedlings and vegetative reproductive offsprings which derived from radiation and space mutagenesis processing cultivates,four types of vital species were obtained,which were purple meat,high renieratene,high production and high dry matter rate type,and the number of above four types of special germplasm strain materials was 2,5,3,1,respectively.
