茉莉酸甲酯在杂交稻制种中的应用

【摘要】 选用生产上广泛应用的杂交水稻组合(母本"Ⅱ-32A",父本"084")研究茉莉酸甲酯在杂交籼稻制种中对花时调控的效应。结果发现:茉莉酸甲酯对籼稻不育系开颖具有较为明显的诱导效应,可使其在一天中开花出现明显的高峰,较好地与父本的开花高峰相遇,从而提高结实率,同时显著提高了母本的柱头外露率,进而提高制种产量。但如在茉莉酸甲酯溶液中加入一定量的6-苄基腺嘌呤,则虽然能够显著诱导籼稻不育系开颖,但母本的柱头外露率和结实率并不能明显提高,从而提高制种产量的效果不明显。

【Abstract】 In this paper,we have choosed an indica hybrid rice line which has popular applied in practice to research the regulation effect of MeJA on its flowering time.The results indicate that the MeJA has very obviously induce effect on regulating the flowering time of indica sterile line,and make it take out a flowering climax during the daytime,and has a good fit with the flowering time of the male-line,in the final,with enhancing the yield,both the seed-set ratio and stigma exsertion ratio all have a significial improvment.But after add certain amount of 6-BA into the MeJA solution,although it has a significial effect on the flowering of indica sterile rice,the effect on the seed-set ratio and stigma exsertion ratio has no significial difference,and the yield has aslo no different compared with the CK.
