楔块连接的壳体力学特性分析
Mechanics Analysis of Wedged Link Shells
【摘要】 楔块连接是飞行器结构中广泛应用地一种连接方式。本文建立了楔块连接壳体的三维有限元模型,通过自行研制的非线性分析软件(GCAASA),分析了楔块连接在不同过盈量和外载荷下应力场的变化和该连接方式的传力路径。计算结果表明过盈量的大小对楔块连接的应力场有明显的影响,应力场的非线性变化符合理论分析规律,进而验证了分析软件的正确性和可信度。
【Abstract】 Wedged link joint is commonly used in aircraft structure.The 3-D finite element model of wedged link shell has been built.The stress field and the force transmission path for different fit tolerance and load is analyzed by the home-code GCAASA.Results show that the fit tolerance value affects the stress field of the wedged link joint evidently,and the nonlinear changes of stress field agree with the theoretical rules which prove the home-code to be credible.
