空气静压轴承动刚度有限元非线性分析
Finite Element Analysis of Stiffness of the Static Air Bearing
【摘要】 由于空气静压轴承在应用中表现出非线性,以致难于确定轴承气膜的刚度。为了解决这一问题,定性分析空气静压轴承动态刚度与转速的关系,本文采用有限元方法对空气静压轴承的动刚度进行分析,研究气膜动刚度在主轴高速运转中所表现的非线性行为。分析结果表明,高速转动的空气静压轴承的动压效应不容忽略,在偏心率为0.5的情况下,转速为8000r/min时,动压效应可以提高轴承的承载能力约10%。
【Abstract】 Because of the nonlinearity in the application of the static air bearing, it is difficult to decide the value of the stiffness of the bearing film. In order to resolve this problem, finite element analysis method is applied for the analysis of the stiffness of the static air bearing, and the relationship between the film’s stiffness and the speed has also been studied. The results show that the stiffness of the static air bearing performs high nonlinearity at work. When offset rate is 0.5 and the rotational speed is 8000 r/min, dynamic pressure effect can increase loading ability by 10%.
