【Abstract】 Nowadays graduated students’ employment has been confronted with structural imbalance: vacation and unemployment appeared at the same time.This paper analyses the adverse selection in formation of graduated students’ employment choice in the condition of asymmetric information,and studies separating Perfect Bayesian Equilibrium and its influence.Finally it gives some advices on how to deal with structural imbalance caused by graduated students’ employment choice.更多还原
