【Abstract】 Knowledge intensive ventures(KIVs) are most active parts in entrepreneurial firms. Through completely analyzing knowledge intensive enterprise and entrepreneurial firm, this thesis accurately define knowledge intensive ventures. Knowledge intensive ventures not only devote to their survival, but also play an important social role. This thesis argues that social roles include three aspects: social opportunity role (identification, development and exploitation), innovation system role (construction, implementation and evaluation), and knowledge management role (creation, using and diffusion). Social roles of knowledge intensive ventures emphasizes societal characteristics, providing important evidences for harmonious society theory and practice.更多还原
