掺Ni2+金红石型SnO2纳米粒子的制备及表征

【摘要】 采用化学共沉淀法制备掺Ni2+的SnO2纳米粉体。研究表明,不同pH下得到的样品均为四方相金红石型结构的SnO2,在pH=5时,Ni2+的利用率出现极大值99.97%;升高煅烧温度或延长煅烧时间,样品结晶程度都会随之增高,同时晶粒尺寸也呈现增大的趋势;所得样品呈球形,粒径约为60 nm。将掺Ni2+的SnO2粉体涂于白云母表面制成元件,测试粉体的电性能以及气敏性能,结果表明,在温度由30℃上升到150℃的过程中,元件电阻从33.1 kΩ近似线性地降低到4.8 kΩ;H2体积分数越大,元件对其敏感程度越高。

【Abstract】 Ni-doped SnO2 nanoparticles were prepared by chemical precipitation method.According to experimental results,the samples obtained under the conditions of different pH are all rutile SnO2.But when the pH is 5,the utilization ratio of Ni2+ exhibits an extreme value of 99.97%.The crystal morphologies become better and the particle size grows larger with the rise of calcining temperature and the increase of the calcining time.The sample particles are spherical in average size about 60 nm by SEM analysis.Furthermore,the Ni2+-doped SnO2 powders were daubed on the surface of white mica to test their electric property and gas sensitivity.The results show that their electric resistances decrease nearly linearly from 33.1 kΩ to 4.8 kΩ with the temperature increasing from 30 ℃ to 150 ℃,and their sensitivity becomes higher with the increasing volume percent of H2.
