【Abstract】 At the present time when talent training models are always changing,the key to college reform is to strive to enhance students’ caliber,to foster students’ core competence in entrepreneurship and employment.Based upon the analysis of core competence and engineering major students’ employment competence,this paper points out that the awareness of overall engineering will call for new standard and requirements of modern higher engineering education reform.No doubt,it is necessary to introduce training plan of quality development which has gained wide popularity among enterprise staff in the 21st century.Such a plan should be implemented in the light of the characteristics of application-oriented engineering colleges for the purpose of improving engineering majored students’ self-recognition ability,team-work spirit,communication skill and professional quality.The definite and primary goal is to arouse students’ creative and innovative spirit and to shape healthy personality.更多还原
