基于体积最小为目标函数的弧面分度凸轮机构优化

【摘要】 在弧面分度凸轮机构中,从动盘分度圆半径愈大,机构的输出精度愈高,在凸轮的中心距确定的情况下,从动盘的体积增大了,相应地减小了凸轮体的体积;另外,适当的加大从动盘的分度圆半径和滚子的外径,还可以降低接触应力,提高滚子的寿命。故以从动盘体积最大作为优化目标,采用内点法得到了弧面分度凸轮的优化设计结果。

【Abstract】 The larger driven cam radius could enhance the output precision in the arc surfaced cam indexing mechanism, under condition of the fixed cam mechanism center distance, the larger driven roller volume could decrease the cam volume, in addition, the reference circle radius of the driven cam and the outer radius of the roller enlarged temperately could decrease the contact stress and prolong the roller life. Optimal design result of the arc surfaced cam indexing mechanism was got with optimization target of the maximum driven cam volume, Interior point optimal method adopted.
