基于多刚体动力学的新型链轮啮合特性分析
Study on Mesh about Sprocket with New Tooth Profile based on Dynamics of Multibody System
【摘要】 为了研究新型链轮对正时链传动的影响,利用多体系统动力学对4种正时滚子链传动系统(链轮采用ISO606标准链轮、JISB1802标准链轮、GB/T1243标准链轮、修正GB/T1243的非标准链轮)分别进行仿真计算,并且对仿真结果进行比较。分析表明,采用非标准链轮的传动系统,其链条的张力、链条与传动部件之间的接触力和摩擦力以及张紧器的张紧力都有明显的改善,因此,这种非标链轮有利于提高链条的承载能力,改善系统的受力情况,提高传动效率,延长系统寿命,减少啮入冲击,降低噪声,减缓多边形效应。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of new sprocket for timing roller chain drive,dynamic simulations are carried out respectively about four timing roller chain drive systems in which four sprockets are exploited respectively such as ISO-606 sprocket,JIS-B1802 sprocket,GB/T-1243 sprocket,nonstandard sprocket which is formed by modifying the tooth profile of GB/T-1243 sprocket.And a comparison is made about the simulation results.Study shows that drive system using nonstandard sprocket is improved in many ways such as chain tension,contact force and friction force between chain and drive component,tensioned force,and angular velocity of camshaft sprocket.So by applying the nonstandard sprocket,the carrying capacity of the chain is increased,the power situation of the system is improved,transmission efficiency is improved,system life is extended,engagement impact is reduced,noise is reduced and polygonal effect is improved.
