【Abstract】 The producer service industry has become the most rapidly developed industry in world economy.It is also the core of modern service industry and major driving force of updating it.It is playing an increasingly important role in meeting the needs for employment,especially that of the disabled.Along with the changes in consumption structures and transformation of the patterns of service,the call center industry,as a an important component of the producer service industry,is also experiencing rapid development both at home and abroad.With its unique characteristics,this industry promises great capacity for potential development of the disabled.This paper,then,discusses how China should develop the producer service industry in order to extend employment opportunities for the disabled,raise the employment level of them,and enhance their sense of occupational happiness.更多还原
