图书馆服务中读者权利保护问题研究
A Study of the Readers’ Rights Protection in Library Service
【摘要】 从法理上阐述了读者权利的概念、层次及内容,分析了加强读者权利保护问题研究的重要性,指出了当前我国图书馆服务中侵犯读者权利的行为表现,提出了7条改进读者权利保护的对策建议。
【Abstract】 In principle of laws,the conception,gradations and contents of reader rights are stated in this article to analyze the significance of the study of protections for reader rights.The paper also opens out the main injustice existing in library service,and brings forward 7 pieces of advice to improve protections for readers’ rights.
