土工格栅加筋陡边坡路堤压实特性及格栅长期变形研究
Research on Compaction Characteristics and Geogrid Long Term Deformation of Geogrid Reinforced Embankment with Steep Slope
【摘要】 通过试验路的修筑、现场施工损伤试验以及格栅变形的长期观测,对土工格栅加筋路堤压实特性和路堤中土工格栅的长期变形进行了研究.研究表明,填土虚铺厚度控制在35 cm左右,采用羊脚碾压路机碾压能有效减小土工格栅的损伤,用支设模板的方法进行格栅的反包施工可以保证坡面的平整和密实.研究提出的边坡附近填土压实标准符合实际并能满足工程需要.实际工程中土工格栅的变形主要来源于土体的填筑碾压,且有很大的随机性,路堤填土带给格栅的变形随格栅上部填土厚度的增加而增大,雨水的入渗将减弱土与土工格栅的相互作用,不利于土工格栅加筋路堤的稳定.
【Abstract】 By building test road,this paper studies the compaction characteristics,the geogrid in situ and long term deformation of geogrid reinforced embankment with steep slope.It is showed that the geogrid damage can be effectively decreased if a sheep foot roller is used when lay-down thickness is about 35cm.Laying form can ensure the flattening and compaction of the slope.The criterion of compaction degree given in this paper fits for the demand of engineering practice.The geogrid deformation in the embankment mainly comes from construction.The filled soil is also an important influencing factor of geogrid deformation and part of deformation resulted from it is proportional to its depth above the geogrid.The infiltration of rainwater is a disadvantage for the stabilization of geogrid reinforced embankment.
