β-环糊精相转移作用下丙烯酸长链酯乳液聚合及其膜性能

【摘要】 以甲基-β-环糊精为络合增溶及相转移剂,采用半连续乳液聚合方法,合成了几种含丙烯酸长链烷基酯疏水性结构单元的共聚物。1HNMR和FT-IR对所得聚合物的结构和组成表征结果表明,共聚物结构单元的组成与起始单体投料比相当;动力学实验证实,环糊精对苯乙烯等传统乳液聚合单体的聚合速率影响不大,却使有丙烯酸长链烷基酯参与乳液聚合的反应速率加快。聚合物膜的DMA分析表明,40%含长链酯柔性结构单元的引入使得St-BA共聚物的玻璃化转变温度降低至4.48℃。

【Abstract】 A series of styrene-acrylates copolymers containing long alkyl chain acrylates are synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization, with cyclodextrin as phase transfer agent. The incorporation of copolymers are characterized by1H NMR and FT-IR. The characterization results indicate that the proportion of hydrophobic structure units is the same with initial monomer composition. Dynamics experiments demonstrate that the cyclodextrin is seldom effect traditional styrene emulsion polymerization, but the reaction rate of long alkyl chain acrylates increased. The outcome of DMA improve that long alkyl chain acrylates make the Tg of styrene-butyl accylate copolymers decresed to 4.48℃.
