【摘要】 [目的]探讨护士给予患儿家属支持护理对家属的心里感觉、护理满意度的影响。[方法]将90例住院患儿家属分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例),观察组运用人文关怀的原理给予家属护理支持,对照组采用常规的护理模式。观察比较两组患儿及家属的心里感觉、护理满意程度。[结果]给予护理支持的观察组消除了家属的负性情绪,提高了临床护理质量,观察组的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]给予患儿家属护理支持有利于护士和患儿家属之间相互理解、相互尊重,从而提高护理满意度,给予护理服务对象提供高质量的服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe into the influence of giving support nursing to family members of children on their psychological sensation and nursing satisfaction.Methods: A total of 90 family members of hospitalized children were divided into test and control group 45 cases each.Family members of test group were given nursing support by applying humanistic care principle.However,family members of control group were just given routine nursing mode.Then psychological sensation and nursing satisfaction of family members had been observed and compared with each other.Results: Giving nursing support could eliminate the negative emotion in test group cases.Clinical nursing quality of them had enhanced.And the satisfaction degree of test group was higher than that of control group.There was statistical significant difference between them(P<0.01).Conclusion: Giving nursing support to family members of children is profit for the mutual understanding and mutual esteem between nurses and family member,so as to enhance nursing satisfaction.And it can ensure that to provide high quality of service for nursing service objects.更多还原
