【摘要】 [目的]探讨伴全血细胞减少的肺结核病人的护理方法。[方法]总结34例伴有全血细胞减少的肺结核病人的护理方法和临床效果,对严重的全血细胞减少的病人给予保护性隔离,全面的心理护理和健康教育,合理的饮食指导。[结果]全部病人血常规指标均恢复正常或接近正常,34例病人均未发生严重感染、出血及结核中毒。[结论]伴全血细胞减少的肺结核病人的病情较重,严格的护理干预对病人的预后有着至关重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the nursing method of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with pancytopenia.Methods:Nursing methods and clinical effect of a total of 34 pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with pancytopenia were summarized.And severe pancytopenia patients were protectively isolated.All-round psychological nursing care,health education and reasonable dietary instruction were provided for them.Results:Hemocytes analysis of all patients recovered normal or near normal.Among 34 patients,none died of severe infection,hemorrhage or tubercular intoxication.Conclusion:The conditions of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with pancytopenia were more severe.And strict nursing intervention has important significance for the prognosis of patients.更多还原
