【Abstract】 Objective: Psychological stress sources of 65 clinical nurses of seniority from three hospitals in certain city were investigated. Results showed that psychological stress of clinical nurses of seniority were mainly from four aspects including their colleagues, hospital administrators, family and society. This article put forward that the psychological stress of clinical nurses of seniority can be regulated and relieved by strengthening self-psychological adjustment and understanding and supports of hospital administrators, family members and the whole society.更多还原
