【摘要】 [目的]了解贫困地区老年人的口腔卫生习惯,以期改善贫困地区老年人的口腔卫生状况。[方法]用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取山西省某国家级贫困县的6个村共635名符合条件的老年人,并对其进行问卷调查。[结果]老年人口腔卫生习惯普遍较差,每天刷牙两次者仅占15.57%,不知道刷牙的正确方法者高达76.00%。[结论]贫困地区老年人的口腔保健意识较差,应结合当地的条件采取有针对性的口腔卫生健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know about the oral health habits of aged people in poverty-stricken zones,so as to enhance oral health state of aged people in poverty-stricken zones.Methods: By adopting random population sample method, 6 countryside in a certain national level of poverty-stricken county in Shanxi province were selected.And totally 635 aged people meeting to the condition were investigated by filling out questionnaire.Results:Generally speaking,oral health habits of aged people were poor.Aged people who brushed their teeth twice a day only accounted to 15.57%.And aged people of unaware the correct way of tooth-brushing accounted to 76.00%. Conclusion:Oral health consciousness of aged people in poverty-stricken zones was poor.And corresponding oral health education should be carried out based on local conditions.更多还原
