【摘要】 [目的]探讨对结肠癌、直肠癌行结肠造口病人家属实施健康教育给病人生活质量带来的影响。[方法]选择结肠癌、直肠癌行结肠造口病人82例按入院先后顺序分为两组,单号为观察组(41例),双号为对照组(41例),两组病人在常规治疗的同时接受健康教育,观察组在此基础上对病人家属也进行健康教育。病人术后1个月,采用生活质量指数评定量表,分别对两组病人生活质量进行评分并比较。[结果]观察组病人总体生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对结肠癌、直肠癌行结肠造口病人家属实施健康教育,可提高家属的照料水平和配合程度,有利于提高病人生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the influence of carrying out health education for family members on quality of life of colonal or rectal carcinoma patients undergoing enterostomy. Methods: A total of 82 cases of colonal or rectal carcinoma patients undergoing enterostomy were divided into two groups based on admission sequence,odd number as test group (41 cases), even numbers as control group(41 cases).Both group cases accepted health education besides routine treatment.In addition,health education was also carried out for family members of the test group cases.The quality of life of both group cases were evaluated and compared by adopting quality of life index evaluation scale one month after operation.Results:General quality of life of the test group cases was better than thatof control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:To carry out health education for family members of colonal or rectal carcinoma patients after undergoingenterostomy can enhance caring level and coordination degree of them and is profit for improving quality of life of patients.更多还原
