【摘要】 [目的]调查100例已婚未育女性慢性乙型肝炎病人的心理状况。探讨减轻心理问题的方法。[方法]采用SAS量表、SDS量表以及张明园的《精神科评定量表手册》评估病人的心理问题。[结果]33%已婚未育女性存在不同程度的心理问题,SAS累计发生24例,SDS发生9例,而且各年龄间心理问题比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),年龄与心理问题发生率呈正相关。经健康教育后,SAS、SDS前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]已婚未育女性慢性乙型肝炎病人存在严重的心理问题。健康宣教后心理问题减轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the psychological state of 100 married non-pregnant chronic hepatitis B patients and to probe into method of abating psychological problems of them.Methods:Psychological problems of chronic hepatitis B patients were evaluated with SAS scale,SDS scale and Zhang Mingyuan’s "Psychiatric department rating scale handbook".Results:Totally 33 patients had psychological problems.24 cases developed anxiety.And 9 cases developed depression.There were statistical significant differences in terms of psychological problems among different age groups(P <0.01).The age of patients was positive correlated with the incidence of psychological problems among them.After health education,there was statistical significant differences in terms of either anxiety or depression occurrence among them(P <0.01).Conclusion:Married non-pregnant chronic hepatitis B patients have severe psychological problems.And psychological problems of them could be lightened after accepting health education.更多还原
