【摘要】 [目的]观察舒适护理在人工流产病人中的应用效果。[方法]采用自拟的调查表随机抽取300例人工流产病人分为观察组和对照组各150例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取舒适护理,对两组病人术后进行心理反应、下床时间、满意度调查。[结果]观察组病人疼痛不适、恐惧、焦虑例数明显少于对照组,下床时间小于1h例数明显多于对照组,两组病人满意度比较差异有统计学意义。[结论]人工流产病人存在明显的紧张不适、恐惧、焦虑等心理,针对性给予舒适护理可有效缓解其精神不适状态,缩短术后卧床时间,提高其舒适度和满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of applying comfortable nursing care of patients undergoing artificial abortion. Methods: A total of 300 patients undergoing artificial abortion were divided into test and control group by adopting self-designed questionnaire (150 cases each). Routine nursing was carried out for control group cases. And comfortable nursing were carried for test group cases. Then psychological reactions, time of getting out-of-bed and satisfaction of patients between both groups were investigated and compared. Results: Uncomfortable due to pain, fear and anxiety of cases in test group were much fewer than that of control group. Cases getting out-of-bed time less than one hour in test group were much more than that in control group. And there was statistical significant difference in terms of satisfaction degree between both group patients. Conclusion: Patients undergoing artificial abortion have tensions and uneasiness, dread, anxiety. And comfortable nursing care could effectively relieve their uncomfortable state, shorten postoperative lying in bed time and enhance their comfortable and satisfaction degrees.更多还原
