【Abstract】 Extensive or sub-extensive abdominal hysterectomy is the first choice of therapy for patients with uterine cervix cancer,endometrial cancer and other gynecological malignant tumors. Because of extensive excision scope,it often causes some postoperative complications,and the urine retention is one of common complications. This article summarized the causes and prevention,treatment and nursing strategies for postoperative urine retention of patients after undergoing extensive or sub-extensive abdominal hysterectomy.更多还原
