【Abstract】 According to existed problems during the implementation of new highway survey and design ideas in China,a detailed analysis was conducted about Flexibility in Highway Design by Federal Highway Administration(FHWA).The basic idea of highway design was studied.Moreover the design methods and ideas which we can use for reference from America highway design were concluded through discussing the flexible of design participator,criterion choice,and environment constraint.更多还原
