【Abstract】 To introduce the process flow of electro coppering and electro galvanizing.The problems existing in convention control system of electro-plating production line for steel wire are analyzed.The PLC distribution type control system based on PROFIBUS-DP bus-mastering system is designed according to process flow and demand,and using the nine point controller to control the temperature of system,which avoids the defects existing in original disperse simulation system,improves the automation degree of electro-plating system,makes products quality stable.更多还原
