【Abstract】 With the improvement of the teaching measures in middle school teaching process, multimedia and network get popular in classroom teaching, especially in biology, a course emphasizes experiments. Multimedia assisted teaching has become an effective way of teaching, thus the quality of the multimedia courseware has become more and more influential to the teaching effect. So it is important to evaluate the quality of the courseware. In the research, to find out the level of the multimedia courseware used in middle school biology teaching, the writers make a research on the status quo and the quality of the multimedia courseware used in middle school biology teaching, followed by a comprehensive assessment on the quality.
