【Abstract】 The practice of villagers’ autonomy has opened a new world for the Wenzhou countryside development.Removal and election of Cunguan in Wenzhou villages embodies the democracy quality of Chinese peasants.However,the farmers possibly lacks the technical skill in implementing democracy.The only problem to be solved is that farmers need to be trained to handle the technical skill in implementing democracy sufficiently.Democracy can be fostered to be a custom,and this custom of practicing democracy will become a natural thing,eventually an intrinsic life style.更多还原
