强流离子束对金属表面强化的研究进展
Research and progress on metal materials surface strengthening in china and abroad by high intensity pulsed ion beams
【摘要】 以TIA-450强流脉冲碳离子加速器,介绍TIA-450设备的结构和工作原理。总结国内外HIPIB辐照金属材料的表面强化研究结果,讨论强流脉冲离子束与金属表面相互作用机理,进而为HIPIB辐照金属材料的表面改性机理的深人研究提供条件。
【Abstract】 As one kind of TEMP type accelerator,the TIA450,a high intensity pulsed ion beams (HIPIB)apparatus and its working manner are introduced.Review of research on the metal materials irra-diated by such kind of HIPIB in China is carried out.The characteristics and mechanism of interaction of HIPIB with irradiated metal materials surface are summarized,meanwhile,the trends of research and ap-plication.of the metal materials surface modification using HIPIB techniques are discussed.
