锅炉进水管焊接裂纹成因分析与改进措施

【摘要】 对某型锅炉进水管焊接接头多次开裂的原因进行了分析,认为与进水管焊接的套管结构、焊接接头的位置不合理。进水管与套管的温差产生的轴向热应力致使该接头的环向裂开。根据裂纹成因,提出了改进焊接接头结构、提高减温水流量的调节灵敏度等措施。

【Abstract】 It analyzes the cause of crack of the entering-water pipe in boiler,reviews the welding location of the case structure and welded joint in the entering-water pipe is unreasonable.The axial ther-mal stress which caused by the temperature difference between the entering-water pipe and the casing pipe makes the joint dehiscenced in ring direction.According to cause of crack,this paper proposes rele-vant preventing measures,such as improving the structure of the welded joint and increasing the regulating sensitivity of the flow rate in attemperation water ect.
