全自动转子平衡机夹具中V型块的设计
Design of v-shaped block of automatic balancing machine
【摘要】 对小型电机转子全自动平衡机夹具中的关键部件—V型块进行了结构设计,利用有限元对V型块中的镶片进行了刚度和强度分析,进行了变形测试。实践证明,该设计结构简单可靠,部件拆装方便,相比于国外机器流行的整体V型块具有很大的优势。
【Abstract】 This work designs the key part of automatic balancing machine,the V shaped block.The finite element method is applied,the stiffness and the strength of the V shaped block are analyzed,the real deformation of the V shaped block is tested.It is proved that the designed V shaped block has the characteristics of simple structure,and easy assembly and disassembly.The combined V shaped block has a great superiority over the unitary V shaped block of the abroad automatic balancing machine.
