【摘要】 冲压板片自动化系统是冲压生产线研究领域的一个难点问题。介绍了冲压模具特征提取和后处理的基本方法,应用Pro/E软件模块PDX。对于同一类型的冲压件,通过特征提取等方法,建立一个冲压模具自动化系统,减小了工作量,提高了生产效率和质量。结果表明该方案切实可行,为实际应用提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Automation system of stamping mould in stamping production line is a difficult problem. The basic method of the characteristics of stamping mould’s feature extraction and post-processing is introduced Through application of the software modules PDX. For the same type of stamping parts,using the method of feature extraction,a automation system of stamping mould is built,which can reduce the workload,increase efficiency and quality greatly. The result shows that this scheme is feasible and provides theories physically basis for practical applications.更多还原
