铣削加工顺序对航空多框结构件加工变形影响的模拟分析

【摘要】 深入研究了初始残余应力施加、加载模式等关键技术的基础上,模拟分析了五种常见的隔框加工顺序对多框体加工变形的影响。结果表明,五种方案中对角铣削对结构件加工变形的影响最小,而偶奇铣削对加工变形的影响最大。模拟结果和试验结果相比较结果吻合,证明了所采用模型和方法的正确性。采用所建立的模型和方法可以预测加工顺序对多框结构件加工变形的影响。

【Abstract】 Some key models including initial residual stress model, cutting force load model are bulit and researched deeply. Five milling machining sequences consisting of ring, ordinal,odd—even, even-odd and diagonal are simulated based on the model for multi-frame components.The simulation results show that distortion of the multi-frame component from diagonal of the five different sequences is the smallest, and even-odd is reverse. The agreement of simulation and experimental results is very good, and the validity of the model for predicting distortion law of aero-multi-frame components due to milling process is proved.
