基于图像识别的智能螺栓拧紧机的研究
The intelligent bolt fastening machine in terms of the image recognition
【摘要】 结合铁路道轨螺栓紧固的需要,根据自动拧紧系统的控制要求和螺栓中心位置的智能识别探讨了基于图像识别的智能螺栓拧紧机的研究,并从扭矩控制的原理和图像识别的方法分别介绍分析了其硬件及软件部分。
【Abstract】 It studies the intelligent bolt fastening machine in terms of the image recognition,combining with the fastening need of railway rail bolt and basing on the control requirement of automatic fastening system and intelligent recognition of bolt central position. Furthermore,it analyzes the intelligent bolt fastening machine’s hardware and software respectively from the torque control principle and image recognition method.
