疲劳振动试验台的模态与谐响应分析

【摘要】 通过建立疲劳振动试验台基础件的有限元模型,进行模态分析,由分析结果对试验台的结构进行了优化。在得到优化后模型固有特性的基础上进行了谐响应分析,得到试验台的固有特性和在不同载荷作用下的响应。通过在ANSYS中建立实体模型和划分网格,接着进行模态分析和谐响应分析。主要分析了加载位置以及阻尼对系统位移响应的影响。通过计算结果分析,得出了一些有价值的结论,为进行疲劳振动测试的工程技术人员提供参考。

【Abstract】 Based on the finite element model of fatigue vibration test-bed, the structure was optimized according to the modal analysis results. And then the harmonic response analysis was carried out based on the characteristic property. By establishing and meshing the model in ANSYS, model analysis and harmonic response analysis were done. The effects of loading location responds and damp responds to system displacement were researched.The test verifies that the optimized model works well in reality. The valuable conclusions from the analysis provide a reference to the engineers and technicians who is engaged in vibration testing.
