基于DSP的焊接进给工作台伺服控制系统的研究

【摘要】 提出一种用于点焊机的焊接进给工作台伺服控制系统。系统基于高性能数字信号处理器(以下简称DSP)芯片TMS320F2812,对三轴直流伺服电机进行实时控制。反馈电路采用模块化设计,实现了对电机编码器的输出信号的采集。完成了DSP辛片软件编程,包括多区间变参数的数字PID控制器,数字测速M/T法等。最后通过实验在双轴工作平台上进行定位分析和稳定性仿真,系统达到较高的位置控制。

【Abstract】 A servo control system used for spot weld was developed.The system was based on the high performance digital signal processor(DSP)chip TMS320F2812.It was used as a real-time processor for the 3 axis DC servo motor.The design of reactive circuit was modularized,to gather the output signal from motor encoder.The software development was accomplished,which included multiple zones variable parameters digital PID controller and M/T method.The stability of the system was finally analyzed by simulation,and the result showed that the system had better performance in position control.
