新型螺纹联接接触恢复应力的计算表征
The computable token of the contacting and recovering stress in the new screw connection
【摘要】 基于铁基形状记忆合金新型防松螺母的防松机理,对由该新型螺母组成的新型螺纹联接的接触恢复应力进行了计算表征。并以M10×1.5的螺纹连接为例,对该新型螺纹联接的接触恢复应力进行了计算,通过与实验结果的比较论证了该恢复力计算模型的正确性。
【Abstract】 Based on the anti-loosing mechanism of the Fe-based shape memory alloy locknut, the contacting and recovering stress was token in the new screw connection composed of the new-type locknut and the ordinary bolt in the paper. Finally, for the screw connection (M10×1.5), the absolute contacting and recovering stress was calculated; and comparing with the experiments, it can be seen that the model of the recovering stress is correct.
