一种柴油机用无侧压传动机构运动特性研究

【摘要】 在一种传统S195柴油机结构基础上,基于内摆线形成原理,利用Solidw irks软件设计完成了行星齿轮内摆线传动机构实体模型。根据多体动力学理论,运用ADAMS建立了内摆线传动机构动力学仿真模型。并进一步与传统曲柄-连杆机构运动特性仿真对比。研究表明:行星齿轮内摆线传动活塞实现了简谐运动特性,基本消除了传统活塞侧压力的负面影响,能大大减少了活塞机械摩擦损失,改进了单缸柴油机NVH特性。研究内容在取代传统内燃机曲柄-连杆动力传动机构方面进行了有益探索,仿真分析结果为行星齿轮内摆线传动机构工程应用提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 According to generating principle of hypocycloid,a planetery gear mechanism based on structure of a S195 type internal combustion engine has been designed coits Solidworks software.Two dynamic simulation models of the planetery gear mechanism and crank-connecting rod mechanism have been developed with mutibody dynamics theory and ADAMS/View software.Simulation results show that the simple sinusoidal pistion motion of the cycloid engine can be obtained,many adverse effects on the conventional crank-connecting rod mechanism have been avoided.Piston sideforces,piston friction and cylinder wear have been reduced greatly,much impoved NVH behaviour have been observed in the planetery gear mechanism.The valuble exploration on replacing the crank-connecting mechanism of the conventional engines has been made.Simulation conclusions can provide theorical support for the engineering application of the hypocycloid planetery gear mechanism.
