【Abstract】 The current existing fingerprint image thinning algorithms have many disadvantages such as too many template matches,iterate frequently and thinning incompletely.To overcome these disadvantages,this paper proposed an effective mixed thinning algorithm based on the analysis of the quick thinning algorithm and the series-parallel mixed thinning algorithm.Through the experiments,the new algorithm proved that it can significantly improve the thinning speed and the thinning qua-lity.更多还原
