【摘要】 为了解决当前钢铁企业中过程控制系统与生产管理系统缺乏整合的问题,通过分析企业业务流程和管理模式,提出了一个异构数据交换的系统模型,采用XML为信息交换的载体,通过导出映射模式将源数据库数据转化为XML数据,再通过导入映射模式将XML数据转化为目标数据库数据,实现了数据实时交换。并设计了一种基于XML的钢铁企业通用综合生产管理系统,具有异构及分布式环境下信息集成、业务过程优化及协同和决策支持等功能。最后分层描述了系统的架构、功能和关键技术,并实现了在某钢铁企业的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To overcome the problem that absence of conformity between process control system and production management system in I- ron and Steel Enterprises,by analyzing the business process and management module,and a model for heterogeneous data exchange system is introduced.Using XML as the carrier of information transmission and exchange,source data in database is transformed into XML data according to the exported mapping mode.Then,XML data is transformed into data of objective database according to the im- ported mapping mode;real-time data exchange is realized.And a XML-based production management system for Iron and Steel Enter- prises is designed.The system had the functions of information integration,optimization of production process and decision support un- der the heterogeneous and distributed environment.Finally,the structure,functions and key techniques of the system are respectively presented.The presented methods are applied to an iron and steal enterprise.更多还原
