性能随时间衰减的锅炉蒸汽系统循环调度
Cyclic scheduling of boiler steam system with decaying performance
【摘要】 针对性能随时间衰减的锅炉蒸汽系统的循环调度问题进行了研究。首先建立了描述该问题的混合整数非线性模型;然后提出了确定各锅炉循环运行状态的时间分段策略以简化问题的求解;最后应用列队竞争算法对该混合整数非线性规划问题进行优化计算。采用某锅炉蒸汽系统循环调度的实例对所提出的方法进行了验证,计算结果表明循环调度优化能够获得比人工随机安排更优的调度方案,节能效果十分明显。
【Abstract】 The aim of this work is to propose an effective method for the solution of the cyclic scheduling problem of boiler system with decaying performance.First,the problem was formulated as a mixed integer nonlinear programme(MINLP)model.Moreover,a time interval strategy was proposed to determine the cycle time of each boiler,which can simplify the solution of the MINLP model. And then the line-up competition algorithm was adopted to solve the MINLP model.This method has been tested in a case of boiler steam system.Simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve optimal scheduling scheme. Moreover,the usefulness of this method is shown as it achieves remarkable energy saving compared with artificial random approaches.
