【摘要】 目的:论证江苏省实施WHO所倡导的麻风病防治一体化策略的可行性。方法:选择试点,查阅现有资料,了解当地麻风病防治卫生资源利用情况,和一体化策略与国家现行的卫生政策适应情况;随机分层抽样确定实施一体化策略利益相关者,采取描述性定性研究,根据研究人群的不同,分别设计访谈提纲,并经预试验修正,开展关键人物访谈以及焦点小组讨论,了解利益相关者对实施一体化策略的认识和态度。结果:江苏省已具备实施一体化策略的卫生资源,且这些资源已经得到了利用;实施一体化策略与国家现行的发展社区卫生服务和农民健康工程等卫生政策相适应;多数利益相关者认为实施一体化策略是可行的,并完全符合病人的切身利益。结论:江苏省实施一体化策略是可行的,应尽快开展现场实施性研究,以探索适合全省乃至全国类似地区实现麻风防治工作可持续发展的防治工作模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate and demonstrate the feasibility for carrying out the strategy advocated by WHO on integrating the leprosy control program(LCP) into general health services(Simply called Strategy of Integration) in Jiangsu Province of China.Methods:The methodology of study type is descriptive study.A county was selected to be pilot area. Local related available information was reviewed to discover the utilization of local heath resource for LCP and to find adaptation for the Strategy of Integration to fit in with the nation current health policies.The stakeholders related to Strategy of Integration were sampled and were given interviewing or focus group discussion to understand their attitudes for Strategy of Integration.The guidelines for fast evaluation were designed and checked by pre-test.Results:The health resources for Strategy of Integration have been possessed and have been partly used in Jiangsu Province.To implement the Strategy of Integration benefits people affected by leprosy.It also fits in with nation current health policies,such as development community-based health service and health care for farmer etc.The main attitudes of stakeholders for Strategy of Integration are feasible.Conclusions:To carry out the Strategy of Integration advocated by WHO in Jiangsu Province is feasible.Strategy of Integration should be applied in field as soon as possible to explore the module of LCP fitted for Jiangsu Province or for similar areas with Jiangsu Province in China.更多还原
