Cu-CFG和Cu-MCM-41催化合成2,2-二甲基环丙烷甲酸乙酯

【摘要】 以甘氨酸、无水乙醇和异丁烯等为原料,经酯化、重氮化、环丙烷化3步反应合成2,2-二甲基环丙烷甲酸乙酯。对无机铜盐催化剂进行了改性,采用孔径较大的二氧化硅(CFG)或介孔分子筛(MCM-41)为载体,用离子交换法制备的Cu-CFG和Cu-MCM-41为催化剂,考察了反应温度、反应时间等对产率的影响。实验表明,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为130 min的条件下,铜氨配离子与CFG交换后的Cu-CFG催化剂活性最高,产率为38.9%。而Cu-MCM-41或铜盐为催化剂时,催化活性较低。Cu-CFG催化剂反应后容易分离,可再生使用。

【Abstract】 Using aminoacetic acid,absolute alcohol and isobutene as raw material,ethyl-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate was synthesized via esterification,diazo-reaction and cycloproanation.The copper catalyst was modified for the cyclopropanantion reaction and Cu-CFG and Cu-MCM-41 catalyst was prepared by ion exchange process.The influence of temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosage on the yield of products was investigated.The results indicated that Cu-CFG handled at 100 ℃ after the ion exchange displayed higher conversion at 50 ℃,reaction time of 130 min and the yield is 38.9%.However,the catalytic activity of Cu-MCM-41 and cupric salt catalyst,was lower.Futhermore,Cu-CFG is easily separated and can be recycled to reduce the consumpion of cupric salt.
