降低高炉工序能耗措施
Reduce the Energy Consumption of Blast Furnace Processing
【摘要】 针对安阳钢铁公司6#高炉设备陈旧、能耗高的问题,采用了精料,优化操作,加强上料和出铁管理及TNPM(total normalized productive maintenance)设备运作等措施,使6#高炉在2006年7月工序能耗达到430kg标煤/t,比去年同期降低57kg标煤/t。
【Abstract】 For the equipments obsolescence and high energy consumption of 6# blast furnace of An-Steel, adopted the refine materials, and optimized operation as well as baiting and tapping with TNPM (total normalized productive maintenance), so that energy consumption of #6 blast furnace reach to 430sc/t which is lower than last year 57sc/t.
