【Abstract】 With multimedia database especially the extensive application of large image database,image retrieval became a research hotspot of the images resource management and retrieval.Based on the color characteristics of the traditional fixed block during the match compared the corresponding color feature of the block,each block bound by ties stronger,more sensitive to the image rotation,use recycled cohort knowledge modified the fixed block method,this method make traditional fixed block rotation invariance.更多还原
